Process from ordering to installation
Installation proceeds immediately after payment.

Payment confirmation and installation
If you place an order and payment, it will be checked in real time on the system without contacting us. Installation of Elearntool solution will be completed within 24 hours after payment is confirmed.
Email Guidance
When the installation is complete, you will be notified via email.
We will inform you of the administrator information and url address by e-mail and attach the manual.
After installation
While viewing the guide email and manual, access the url we sent you. After accessing the management program, set the basic environment in settings, and refresh the homepage to check the changes and get used to it.
When installing for the first time, an additional 2 weeks (14 days) period of use will be accumulated to adapt to the solution.
