Quiz management is now possible.

A quiz function has been added as an optional function in Elearntool.
This is a function that allows you to freely create categories,
and to create, edit, delete, and manage unlimited questions.
Questions can be short-answer, multiple-choice, and OX-type questions,
and with powerful statistical functions, you can know each member's history.
(number of quizzes and test dates, quiz results, average, etc.)
The administrator can check the difficulty measurement by quiz and question,
test takers and test results for each question, and the test taker's quiz results.
